At Digified AI, we’re committed to getting your product and order into your hands quickly, safely, and hassle-free. Please review our shipping and return policies below before placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. In many cases, we offer free shipping or flat-rate shipping depending on the promotion or product.

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • Select international destinations (rates and times may vary)

Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and delivery speed selected at checkout.
Transit times depend on the carrier, your geographic location, and the shipping option chosen. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered transit or processing days.

Service Interruptions & Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, please be aware that weather conditions, carrier delays, and other unforeseen issues may affect shipping times. These delays are outside of our control, but we’ll do our best to keep you informed along the way.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Approved returns will be refunded in full, minus return shipping costs. A restocking fee may apply in certain cases.

To start a return, please contact our team at support@digified.ai with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately at support@digified.ai with your order number and a clear photo of the item’s condition.

We review all claims on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to approve or deny a refund or replacement. That said, we always aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
